don't think connell is quite up to speed yet, also get the impression that at this stage paolo thinks he is a better option to be able to bring on and change things a bit.

as for the 5 subs rule, it seemed like loads when they changed it from 3 and was only 7 for a couple of seasons

Gary Rose says that Paul Alcock is the ref tonight. Could be a story for the nationals.

He's retired surely?

..and not really that long ago from there being 1 sub. 5 is fine. 7 means larger squads - I don't buy the youth angle on reducing the subs - 7 encourages quantity not quality.

Anyway - good to see Esajas start. Dissapointed not to see Connell start. Ferry seems to have jumped ahead of J Smith in the queue.

A good jumper is important....it suggests security....a lot of ladies these days carry emotional baggage, and firstly need to feel that you're not a rapist. Mohair jumpers particularly good.

It suggests Val Doonican, Gyles Brandreth and Russell Grant I reckon, nothing secure about that!

Anyway Town to win 2-1 with Billy Bodin on the score sheet !!! COME ON TOWN !

Oops.

Have to say Id be pissed off if I was going tonight. De Vita and Bodin were in their pockets on saturday. We have to have our first team sorted for sunday, and from what Ive seen Connell would be in it.

How does that work? Have you got "I'm not a rapist" knitted on the front? Hmmm

Don't be ridiculous.

Mind you, I did find Gary Glitter's T-Shirt:

First time I've been to Dagenham.

Let's hope we can leave with the points.

Disappointed that Connell isn't starting

Happy with that team other than the fact I think Connell needs to start. Having 2 strikers on the bench though provides us with good options.

I think most of us are. Its a shame we are to go into the Ox*ord match without having tried him out properly.
