Kesler, Gladwin, Conroy not in the squad and it still looks decent enough.

Would say recruiting a striker has to be the priority. Simpson is the only player in the squad we can't adequately replace with a similar player at the moment.

Me neither.

Maybe we can listen on BBC Wilts online?

Maybe the "Live" Match Centre will enjoy a resurrection 30 minutes before k.o.

That appears to be correct.

In a way I’m disappointed Grant isn’t playing, him against Adam May would have been hilarious

Pre match taking it one pub at a time starting with The Regal.

Not won a League Cup tie in 7 years. Seven. VII.
That's almost the whole P***r era.
Some unbudgeted income would be very good for the fledgling finances.
So might as well play the strongest team available & go for it.

Second encounter with Cambridge in the LC.
A 3-2 win over two legs in 1995.
Then drew the reigning PL champions in the next round.
Won't be Man City if we win tonight, but a home tie v The Toon Army for example, possibly televised & near full house. Quids in.

Watson & Crick found the secret of life here.
Maybe Garner & Lindsey can discover the DNA of a Cup run.

Anyway, not too difficult quiz question to finish with.
Which two of the Wembley hero's of 93 went on to manage our opponents?

Calderwood was one.
