Bedford Town 1 Franchise 1

Just spent a pleasant afternoon in the sun watching this.

Paul Ince was there. Mostly reserves and trialists for Franchise; a couple of senior players there. And Nathan Abbey was their sub goalie; as ever he looked dodgy when he came on.

Bedford took the lead in the 12th minute and Franchise equalised with a goal 5 mins from time off the Bedford goalies arse!!!

You couldn't tell the difference between the two sides although I guess Bedford were up for it more.

Incie is going to need better back up than what was shown today if he has any injuries in his first team; otherwise he won't find it easy in Div 4 this season.
