Comazzi appears to be a very serious man

Good. It might mean his partner/s aren't allowed to lose concentration and think about where they're going to get pissed later at crucial points in the match.

Friad not. I pitched the idea then got lumbered with some Man Utd sh1t, so my mate's gone down. His words: "You're in for a fun season, di Canio was predictably awesome"

Looks like Atiku could be next, then striker time. the difficulty with strikers is, everyone's after them...

I'm hoping that not having signed strikers yet means the ones we are after are better, more in demand and therefore more of a challenge to get.

The evidence from recent seasons suggests, that we've already failed to acquire our targets and will end up with a loan and something last minute.

Atiku looks good on his vids but so do many others.

fingers crossed we can get a decent striker in who knows this league but can also produce at a higher level

You could be right Reg, or players just aren't committing to clubs because there are loads of offers flying about.

Next week should be a bit more revealing, although it gets a bit more difficult conducting business from Italy you'd imagine.

Nah, I've got a feeling in my stomache we'll break the mould this time.

Oh, wait, it was wind.

I'd like to think with the wages we've freed up that we'll maybe get one decent striker, a zebrovski type (but perhaps not him) as his striker partner, plus a loan from a higher division. With raffa, that's four.

Left-back and keeper in my eyes, then.

And some cover, we're still really quite thin (understatement)

We've lost 11? We've bought 5 so far if Risser joins. Another 5, bout right.

If thats working on the basis we have the same size squad as last season, we did carry a lot of dead weight.

when all the dust has settled from these recent comings and goings would someone kindly summarise exactly what we are left with...I am getting thoroughly confused.

Think jonny72 is keeping a running squadlist going at the start of this thread
