I'd ask Sony how much it will cost through their support website. It even has a bit for repairs. You won't get it done cheaper than £130 quid looking around. Did you have a case on the phone? It looks like you can get a replacement digitizer for £25, but then you'd probably have to use a heat gun to get it off the LCD. The whole assembly (LCD + digitizer) looks to be about £100.
