I was in the pub last night chatting to 2 city fans (I play 6 a side with them). I said about the relegation decider at Trashton and they said "Oh if we win that it will gaurantee our play off spot!" - and they were deadly serious.
I went off on one how they were 13 points off the play offs and will be going down and at least they can look forward to playing Rovers next year, they took the piss out of lea peacock, I took the piss out of heywood, then we all went home. That is all.

Surely a better tip would be to make friends with City fans, easier to rip the piss out of when the team dont make the fans deluded expectations.... |
