Ah but the whole team played well today, where as the whole team was playing crap before.Curetons worked hard every game hes played for us it just hasn't come off for him and thankfully today it did.I was so pleased for him and the relief he felt was fantastic to see.

Onwards and upwards.

Curo was fantastic today and for the first time I can see a reason to keep him.
Peacock looked very handy, more physical than Rory - a real handful.
Jarett looked pacey and full of tricks. Time will tell if he can be effected or if he is a show pony. Good debu though.

2-0 and we fuched it up. I was sure of it. I was sure Curo should have stayed on and knackered Fallon subbed.  I was sure we were down. I know nothing, thankfully.

Long way to go, but we can do it.

I was so happy for Cureton, I think it was almost as important him scoring as getting the wiin. When you read stuff like this from one of Colchester's players

We got off to a slow start but we have been on a really good run and I think we should be in the top two with the squad we have got.

Jamie Cureton came in on loan in October and I think that is when everything changed for us.

He has gone back to Swindon now but he came and scored seven goals in the short time he was here.

Jamie was fantastic. He lifted everyone, not only on the pitch but in the changing room as well. That is what started our run.

It just shows how crucial he could be for us. If he could start scoring regularly then that would make a huge difference.
