i was wondering if anyone knows a thing or two about dvd players and there firmware etc.

i have a Denon 1710 player which is supposed to have Progressive scan but i think when the shop made this multi region it has removed the option in display settings to turn the progressive scan on so was wondering if anyone knew of what i could do to get this working again??

www.dvd.reviewer.co.uk is a good site for help like that. various forums on there. give it a go.
