Complete tosser. Smith gets injured and is basically told to get off the pitch by the ref before he's even had treatment. A Swansea player gets injured in his own penalty area, not only does the ref stop the game to allow him to be treated on pitch but he allows the treatment to continue for over 2 minutes. Then he really takes the piss by restarting the game by basically putting the ball on the pitch by the dugouts right in front of a Swansea player and says play on! How in the name of FA Rules can a game be re-started this way? No wonder Iffy was fuming!

Injuries aside, surely restarting the game is always a dropball between 2 players of opposite sides with the sporting gesture of 1 player allowing the other player to pass the ball back to the oppositions goalkeeper?

The ref was the worst ive seen for some years.
