OK. Its a tough one, but I went for Christmas Eve based purely on the fact that I went out to a mini-party tonight and had a laugh with friends, some of who I don't normally spend time with.
Plus there was no alcohol which is cheaper and results in a good next day.

NYE is over-hyped, and you and I are bound to feel crap come the start of 2006
