very poor, very very poor. Ive seen better conference footie than that. evans played well, kept us in the game with a few fines saves, i remember a superb save towards the end that kept us level. Ifil was again poor, hoofing it up the field non stop, but a fairly decent tackler. O'Hanlon did ok, but fairly average really. Nicholas had one of his better games, and smith was quite poor. As for the midfield, migz looked like the most composed of the lot, has a good eye for passing etc. pook shouldnt be starting in my opinion, we need an experienced battler in the middle. Bouaza was crap, totally ineffective. I cant understand why iffy likes him so much, hes done nothing since being here. Fallon played well but not as good as usual. Shakes came on and did well as did Holgate, lots of effort but neither really has the skill. On the whole, this was a crucial game and we bottled it. We should have been really up for this and we werent, lack of urgency as usual. In the end, we were thankful for the point as blackpool pressed late on for the win. Attendance was ok considering the discount, but the club were probably out of pocket, relative to normal prices. We need to improve, fast.

lack of urgency

That was the main problem, the players didnt treat it in the same 'win or bust' fashion as us fans are/were

It was boring, for the most part two bad sides frightened to make a mistake.

glad we are all in agreement. none of our loanees have performed this season. is it really the clubs fault? not really. we are skint and cant afford to pay for our own players. it all comes down to money, and no one is really to blame for that. However, that doesnt excuse the crap i saw today. £1 for u16? your having a laugh !

Heaton has been ace and kept us in many a games?
Gurney has played very well and looked a different player?
Bouazza has had decent games?
McDermott has had a few decent games?

or am I wrong?

gurney is one of the best loanees we have but has a terrible and unacceptable disciplinary record
bouazza has done nothing

Heaton, nothing speical? yeah right...

Gurney, his discipline hasnt been that bad since he has been back. The red card he got at Bournemouth was a joke!?

Bouazza has played well, against Bristol City he was given man of the match?

McDermott played well against Oldham and today against Blackpool?

....or....have we been watching different games?

Rhys was the only one I thought was good Shocked He knows what he's doing. The rest of them, well...pretty poor :| Even Rory didn't do anything terribly special.
Apart from missing 2 absolute sitters, Mikolanda looks promising.

As for Jack Smith....my god, what in hell is he doing in our first team eh? He's utter pants...clearly can't take a free kick :-))(
The only real highlight of the match was the ref being floored

Smith had a stinker.
Ifil dropped his two regulation bollocks, luckily not converted.
Nicho was generally our best outfield player IMO.
Pook had no quality at all and even ran less than usual.
Migs started classily but fell apart, later  passing awful and getting caught.
No crosses from wings until Shakes came on late.
Hardly any constructive passing movements after the first few minutes.
Bouazza is so greedy, never knows when to lay it off.
Rhys saved the point we did not deserve, MOTM.

All obvious points perhaps, but hard to see what Iffy can do next.

Rhys was quality. He's just a class act imo
Nicho has come on leaps and bounds
Ifil played well apart from a few errors
O'Hanlon was o.k
Smith had a stinker
Migz had a jekel and hyde game, sometimes great, other times not so
Pook, Mcd and Bouazza just wern't there
Fallon didn't really get the service and was being pushed out wide too much
Mickolod should have had 2

Shakes injected some much needed pace down the wings, I really think he should start more often

Holgate ran and hustled the Blackpool defence. He should get a start soon aswell.

An average display all round, lucky to escape with a point.

I think that is probably the worst game of football I have ever had the misfortune of seeing us play. All the loanees can fuck off as far as i'm concerned. No urgency, no running, no tackling, no heading, fuck all. Were down and anyone who thinks any different are seriously deluding themselves.

Oh well, I wont bother going to another game this season if thats the case, didnt realise it was a for gone conclusion already.

Do the player know there is no point in trying?

Shall we just go bust now and not bother having a football team, sounds fantastic! cant wait!

If you call a few times everytime he touched the ball then fair enough, he made about 3 good tackles and that was it, id sooner have the youngster Henry in the side.
