How much did you pay? Anything more than quid seems too much for a 11% improvement on my school. well, i didn't pay but i looked through my dads chequebook when i was younger and think it's about £2,500 but i'm not sure if that's per term or per year. Oxford Fan was part of the 9% who didnt get 5 A-C's despite his parents spending 60 grand on fees. The dope rotted his brain. Dont tell anyone though, its a bit taboo. :jaw2 5A's, 4B's, thanks. that was back in the day though ('01). i'd never send my kids to the same school though, shit teaching aside single-sex education is utter wank.

......only got 48% of kids getting 5 A-C grades at GCSE last summer, which is below the average for Wiltshire. What's wrong with the kids out there.......don't they ever do any work? no i don't well, that will change when i do my exams... it'll be lower

Oxford Fan got beat by a football hooligan. hehe.
To be fair I think GCSE's are a complete waste of time. They are easy and getting easier. They dont mean anything at A-level/University level. I did about 2 days revision for each subject because they were during France 98. Seems to me all the different boards compete for who can supply the easiest paper. I thought A-level would be a piece of piss too. :jaw1 Not so.
University is full of people like me who got there on the back of top GCSE's despite not getting their A-level 'entry requirements' (whatever they were). They wanted my money, not students with intellect. Left after 18 months. As a career move it was a complete waste of time. As a life experience it was invaluable.
