I was too busy chanting to realise who played well tonight, well done to every single player.

Migz is such a key player for us. IF he can stay fit for the rest of the season we have every chance of staying up. We have a good mix of youth and experience in that midfield which played tonight. The fact that Migz was on the receiving end of a couple of crunching tackles tonight and still lasted the 90 minutes is very encouraging.
Bouazza looks good and holds the ball up surprisingly well for a small bloke.

Also the fact that Migz went in for tackles!

Heaton - 9 - Get him the flight to German Sven, England #1
Smith - 7 - Solid, didnt get forward much
Ifil - 9 - I say it every week, looks much better now he doesnt get slated every single week by a stupid bald tosser
O'Hanlon - 9 - Pretty damn solid
Nicholas - 8 - Best game I think he has had in a long time
McDermott - 8 - Played well without every impressing, very well taken goal though. He said he was going to repay the manager and he did. Celebration was cool
Pook - 8 - Very good first half down the middle, played left wing second half as we went 4-4-2. Didnt looks as good
Miglioranzi - 11 - I fucking love him, good passing, great skill and he got stuck in. I know Blackcurrant questions his ability to get stuck in, very glad he proved you wrong Dave. Never gets the credit for his breaking up as play
Gurney - 8 - Is this the same Gurney, I think not!!!
Bouazza - 8 - Not man of the match for me, didnt get the ball as much as I would have liked. Not his fault though
Fallon - 8 - Worked hard, good control for the goal. Crap celebration.... Agree with most of that. Would like to add: Ifil still made a howler near the end which they should have scored from, and his passing was still a bit hoofy, but otherwise he is a colossus, so only 7 for me. Miglioranzi showed us his very best. He has always been able to get stuck in and break up play, besides being good at every thing else except delaying too much at times especially with shooting chances. However, I suspect that he is usually not quite injury free. He often gets smashed because he moves the ball on very late and receives a heavy challenge. I thought several times that he would have to go off, but luckily he continued. If only he stays fit...

He is capable of playing in the Championship when on form, but he gets injured far too often. A blessing in disguise for us really. Nobody else wants to take the risk so we keep him!

Migs was out of this world. True stunning performance, just ripped City open again and again.
Fallon, Bouazza, Smith and Ifil were all top class as well.

I've said it before and I'll say it again.
Miglioranzi pulls the strings, when he plays well we play well.

Migs impressed me no end. Got stuck in as well which has been my only criticism of him before. Jerel played well, but did lose concentration once or twice, and Heaton was imense. Liked it when Heaton blocked off the player to win a goal kick! Thought Roberts changed the game a bit when he was brought on as well. All in all a good team performance, can't really fault anyone.

Anyone agree Nicho is the most improved player this season?Last night; Heaton 9-would have been 10 but for some dodgy kicking Smith 8-solid performance Ifil 7 Tackling 1st class, distribution still erratic O'Hanlon 8-Looked like a skipper at last Nicholas 9-Very near MOM for me Mcdermott 7-much improved from last time i saw him, really good finish-top celebration too. Migz 8- 1st half 10,less influential 2nd half Pook7-worked hard ,won loads of posession Gurney 6-clever free kick for 1st goal, gave too much ball away though for me Bouazza 8-My 1st sight of him, well impressed-strong,quick and a real handful Fallon9-Mom for me,quality goal and some good defending too Roberts 7-did well,1 brilliant run and set up for Bouazza.
