Luca's a born arsonist though, you never know. Although Paul did look rather evil in that last scene. The thing I think's kinda funny is that apart from Harold and Lou (not the greatest of Paul's mates in the past) Paul wouldn't have a clue who everyone else was.

I wouldn't rule out lance he has been on holiday for a while now but he might have come back. Alos Darcy may have faked the phone call to Karl and actually awoken from his coma and burned it down. Or the poster guy he was a madman.
