Is great. What would we all do with out a good cup of tea. This drink of kings is currently keeping me going as I try to stay awake till this evening to sort out my sleeping patterns. I've done the old 30hours awake plenty of times before and tea is always the key.

Tea is special brew indeed. The older i get, the more i seem to appreciate a good cuppa. A couple of chocolate digestives to go with, now that is the business

To be honest I'm not a massive fan of biscuits. Although I won't say no if one is offered during the process of tea drinking.

Biscuits are only allowed, if tea is involved

not really sure, probably a garibaldi. Only because it starts with a g and reminds me of grazioli, who was undoubtably cool.
I think my brain is going mad.

yeah I was thinking that. Although as I didn't get up till 3.30pm I've only been awake for a bout 15hours which isn't really that long. Think it's more a psychological thing with it being dark and there not being much to do.

I'm getting another cup of tea. horrah. I wish I had a teapot at uni. that would save me going up and down the stairs. and of course tea is always nicer out of a teapot.

I may do that.
At the moment though I need a plan to stop the tiredness if I go to sleep now it will completely mess up my sleep pattern correction plan. For it to work I realistically need to stay awake until about 10pm which is a ridiulous 15hours away.
I should be ok if I manage the next 30-60 mins as my housemates which have 9am's will wake up and give me people to talk to. By the time they've left I can wander into town and get some fresh air, maybe make a few purchases in hmv.

I find a bowl of cereal, preferably cornflakes, with lashings of ice cold milk, washed down with a brew usually keeps me going

I wish. Afraid cereal is a luxury I don't currently have available. cheers for the idea though. I was thinking that loud music would be a good plan then I realised that a lot of my housemates a still asleep.
I'm sure I'll be fine. just feeling a bit fuzzy.
