my favourite's are thai orchid on victoria hill, the italian round the corner from duckson and pinker (cant remember what it's called, and dont know if it's even still there) and la casita (mexican) along devizes road.

i normally get a drink in chiquitoes before watching a film and it's never cost me £5: either they like me, or they hate you.

Is that the music shop near to Don Rogers sports?

John Holmes music is the music shop nearest Don Rogers' shop, Duckson and Pinker is further along, near Walkabout and Wilkinson. It closed last week, I think they are going to put a 'Subway' in there now.

These shops bring back memories of my childhood! I used to buy sheet music when I was a slip of a boy as I was learning to play the piano. Was there not a great toy shop there also?

Sounds familiar. Bearing in mind this must have been a good 15 years ago, my memories are quite hazy!
