Did you see the Derren Brown Seance program a year or so ago? He said it was all rubbish, the people actually sub-consciously push the glass about or something.

The ouija board is one of most interesting. We've all heard stories of things flying off walls and people being menaced by spirits, but if you start asking around, a lot of people will say: 'We did it and nothing happened.'

When the glass moves on the ouija board to spell words and the person in the spirit cabinet throws the tambourine thinking they are possessed by spirits, it is actually my suggestions that have encouraged them into involuntary behaviour. This is common to a lot of mediums who genuinely think they are communing with the dead – I suppose this could be called unconscious fraud.

Still...open mind and all that. Good luck.

Why?

And STFC_Chris i really am a skeptic.  Anything that might happen i will try to explain without using the words spirits or ghosts.  I just wanna try it.

It's freaky as hell, I still don't believe in it or anything paranormal but they are still scary.

I once heard a girl being dragged through my courtyard screaming.  When I looked out the window there was nothing there.

Also a ghost horse and carriage is said to go through the courtyard on occasion, thoughj I've never seen it.  There are loads of stories about ghosts at my house around my village.
