Anyone actually going over there??

My uncle has a place in Nuremburg .. I was tempted to crash a few days and catch a couple of random matches - no idea who it will be due to the draw not being done yet .. - tickets will cost about £230 (from a website I found!) each game (1 group game and 1 second round match) but at least accomodation will be free.

Im tempted just to try and get some atmosphere and to say ive been to a world cup

I went to France 98, great experience, not to be missed, the best holiday I've ever had that!!  Ended up staying in France for about two months after.  Bonjour.

I was in france for teh 98 final, watched them beat Italy on pens on the way through too, on a big screen in a shopping centre most people were totally unbothered, but after th final every car horn in the some region must have been knackered
