Just watching the highlights, I love the position that Oldaker is taking up behind the strikers.
Great finish from Glatzel. Lovely cross across from Drinan and finish from Princewill.
More passing football. More pressing. Onwards.
What’s the latest on the Ollie Clarke punch up? Any word of what happened (and if it’s James Ball….)?!

I’m very surprised that Oldakers career path has been mostly non league.
His vision & passing in the final 3rd looks really fucking good to be fair.

Echo the thoughts above re Oldaker. Certainly did not see him taking up the current role he has when the signing was announced but behind the two strikers, he is absolutely brilliant. Seen comparisons to Doughty and very much agree. Not the quickest but doesn’t have to be with his range of passing. Initially thought he would be occupying the role Nichols is in and vice versa but fair play to Holloway, he’s called it spot on with how he’s using both

Snap! He's reminded me of Doughty also. Let's hope he brings us the same success.

We weren't great today but won fairly comfortably.
I thought Barrow were pretty stinking especially first half and we dropped to their level at times with passes going astray throughout.
The ref was a dick too.
Still, 3 league away wins in a row, 4 wins on the bounce in all comps scoring 11 goals in that time - it's been a very good start to the season. Add in the fact we have still have two loanees to add to the squad and it's looking promising.

Got to give Holloway hell of a lot of credit for seeing the player Oldaker could be by moving him up the pitch.
I don't think many of us were impressed by him over those first few games where he was sat deeper like he supposedly was everywhere else.

The ref was a dick too.
First half he's not giving Swindon anything except unreasonable yellow cards. Immediately after the H.T. restart, he gives Barrow nothing and brandishes a yellow card against the home side for something that was unnecessary. It was like the assessor said to him during half time to the effect of, you are being too much of a homer - you have to even things up. After about 10 - 15 minutes of pro-Swindon, he finished the game by being unpredictable. Overall, a very poor performance.

It's the lustrous hair, isn't it? Must find out which conditioner he uses, as it's magic. Great vision & passing play as well.

It's the most awkward stand you could imagine. Visibility is appalling...but I'm sure it was a cost effective way to quickly add much needed capacity.
