First back to back wins since November. Some record that. A few good performances to pick from here.

Devoy. Changed the game. Funnily enough I'd have gone with Cain first half!

Kokolo for me, a threat all game. Devoy took both goals well.

Devoy I guess!

Kokolo did well again today
McCarthy, apart from slipping for the goal was back to what we’d previously seen from him
59 was solid again
McGregor did well at the end
Austin looked good when the ball was at his feet too!

This.

Wasn't overly happy with Devoy coming on. Thought Cain had done well in the first half, but Devoy pops up with a couple of goals and seemed to make our forward play more dynamic.

Ah but now I'm reading some of the comments and it's reminded me of Kokolo's performance. Hard to argue with a MoM for him.

Didn't see any of the game Saturday but (aware it's a small sample size) I don't think it's any coincidence that we put a proper DM in the side and the midfielders (Cain and Devoy have got praise on this thread) instantly 'improve'.

Just as it would have helped if anyone had told the club we needed more squad depth, or that Gunning need an assistant...

It's funny that we kind of had a semi suitable one in Kinsella...who had played regularly under his manager {Flynn}previously. Yet the club barely utilised him...then let him go under contract for ''free''.

Really bizarre that. More bizarre was that we were told his replacement would be much better that Kinsella would be so far down the pecking order and surplus to requirement.

I think eventually, at least until the EoS, Town now do have a suitable replacement in Mandy Okafor but as others have said - too little too late; and he may not even be playing for Town next season any way.

Kinsella was just the best at it out of a bad bunch. But at least he tried to tackle.

But I suppose his leaving may have paved the way for Glatzel, Drinan an mcGurk. OK McGurk hasn't worked out **yet** but I can see logic. They just missed the king pin CDM.

At least if we do appoint Adams (he was at the Barrow game also apparently) you feel at least we are doing something a little bit pro-active. Although if they wheel him out at half time in our last home game with a microphone to rally the troops, it will feel a little circular.
