Take advantage of the hearing loss to shout a lot and play music, watch tv etc really loud.

Although it's probably sorted it's self out by now

It'll be a build up of wax, get some stuff that dries it and breaks it up....if its really bad it'll last for weeks. Your better off doing something rather than waiting for it to go away. Every time you get water in your ears its going to make it worse
