One or two decent creative performances coming forward but the bubble definitely burst, as many of us suspected once our Emperor's new clothes defence was exposed to a proper incisive attack.

Don't know. The person I enjoyed watching most was McKirdy. Just that spark and something a little bit different.

Conroy was good in first half awful in second.
Payne and Reed were dominant in the first but overrun once we brought on Williams and went 433. Payne had most of our possession in the first half, but was closed down by 3 players all the time.
Iandolo had a decent first half with a superb run and cross for the goal. Second he faded out after one good chance prior to their second goal.
Odimayo did OK. Unspectacular throughout
Crichlow was poor
Simpson one good run for the goal.
Wollacott had little chance with the goals. Could maybe have done better with one.
KKH had one good chance in the second. Not great before or after.
Gladwin. One good ball in the entire game. The rest of the time he was way below par.

Subs:
Williams - ineffective
JML ran into blind alleys

Payne also.

Consistently seeming to ask a lot of himself in every game.

SPOILER ALERT: After an uncharacteristically quiet start to the season, Payne's MoM performances have come consecutively, to lead the table on three, together with Crichlow.

This burst has also seen him climb to second in the overall ranking for total votes registered to date, just behind Jojo.
