Probably already made back the transfer fee in shirt sales alone.

No brainer really. Good business opportunity for the club. Can probably still do a bit on the pitch and has always been a big game player.

I saw a stat this week that said that Haaland and Mbappe would need to score 48 and 47 goals per season respectively until they were 35 to equal Ronaldo's tally. If that's true, it's an amazing testament to Ron's consistency. I used to dislike him for his arrogance and ignorance, but I have to say he's grown on me.

Massive own goal by his ‘people’. Could have come here and been a cult hero.

Although there’s now been some profit taking, when Ronaldo’s signing for Manchester United was confirmed the club value had risen by $306,000,000 in an afternoon. #MUFC #CR7 pic.twitter.com/aTKJJSqosd

Watch him slow down the play and sulk when he doesn’t get the ball. He will score goals but United won’t win anything. Living in the past.

Best signing of the day for me is AS-D getting the permanent gig with the club on Media and Comms.

Yep...4th place, one point behind Milan in 2nd...awful, he's turned to shit Hmmm...no one goes on forever, that's true but I really think he's got at least one, maybe two good seasons left in him...anything that helps make the PL a little bit more interesting is a good thing...
