I don't see how it is clutching at straws. There's plenty to suggest it's just a matter of time before there is a takeover by *somebody* and probably not that much time.
Hope you’re right. As much as I think Power may be enjoying fucking us (the fans) over, there can be nothing in it for him to drag it out for longer than is needed.

Apart from the combined fees for Adimayo, Twine and Payne!

@audry

I'm surprised in so much as we never looked up for our most important game of the season.

I'm surprised at the team selection.

I'm surprised at the substitutions

I thought we would muster a draw minimum.

suprised also=angry

Sheridan hasn't been up to it since day 1. should have binned him in January.

And whoever was in charge of the January window needs shooting in a vocational sense too.

Need power out now. Get some optimism back in time for ST sales and playing budget

can you imagine going into next season with this shitshow continuing. It could be the end of us.

That's why I would have swapped him for Cooper! Hypothetical of course but we can all see the players hate the manager and aren't playing for him

Also, the players aren’t stupid. They know with whatever tactical genius Sheridactyl imparts is a load of nonsense plus the haphazard team selection and substitutions - or, indeed, no substitutions - that they haven’t a cat in hells chance in the pitch.

I would have hoped that one of the senior players may have lifted the lid on the shambles but I suppose that would have been the end of any further career in football.

Much like Curbishley never getting another job after doing the deed on his employer.

I still think we have 5 nailed on defeats to come. 31 losses in a season will be a record won't it?

One more defeat will be a record. We're level pegging at the moment.

We're going to annihilate that record and set a mark that won't be beaten for years to come (fingers firmly crossed). We can now look back at the halcyon days of Jimmy Quinn!

Sadly we're going the same way and I can still remember some Swindon fans cheering when County were relegated out of the football league.......shame on them as we could be the next big club it happens to.

I thought this last night.

It was embarrassing but they were youngins....

Fair point and yes they were youngins... who wouldn't understand the history of English football. Sadly they are still stuck in the national league allong with other ex league clubs we used to regularly play against and with our current owner it won't be long before we join them.

How I feel this morning - from 3:00 in. It gets easier once you let go.

My concern would be that no one in their right mind is going to take the club over with the FA investigation and possible sanction hanging over our heads, if that drags out and with the scope for them taking ages and then subsequent appeals etc we could have a long wait, potentially well into next season, albeit you would hope that FA will want it sorted before this season ends.

Two questions on their appearance
Why would they want to put themselves through that😳
And how were they allowed into the ground😳

We’re all understandably hurting. We feel disgusted, angry humiliated. But remember all, that this is when our club (the real, proud STFC that lies beneath this towering pyre) needs us. We all have our own versions of the club, built in our personal experiences, the highs, the lows. We are presently sharing an almighty low.
Take a deep breath. Hang on in there. You probably don’t have a choice.
