We look frightened to get on the end of anything

This without a doubt.

Even if he's not sacked he should have enough self respect to walk

He should have gone ten games ago, now he really fucking needs to go.

That was poor, against a Portsmouth team who really didn’t play that well today.

Just because we have "stadium sounds" rather than commentary today has made far more people realise exactly what has been going on since Sheridan arrived at the club, his style is no worse now than back in November when he took over its just that without people talking over it then it isn't heard.

Its this attitude to the players that has rubbed pretty much all of the players up the wrong way and was a deciding factor in DJ leaving apparently.

He is constantly bearting players all through the game offering no praise or encouragement just bollockings all game every game.

No wonder the players are fucked off with him and have been for a long time.

Wright and Mildenhall are far more positive in touchline encouragement.

If we cannot afford to sack Sheridan then I would suggest we put him on paid gardening leave and promote Lee Peacock and Alan McLoughlin or even utilise Phil Smith as coaching who at least have the clubs interests at heart and as all currently employed already so it wouldn't be an extra wage.

Whittingham: Pitman had no chances. 1. Because Pompey defended. 2. Because Swindon didn't get the ball to him in the 18 yard box.

You need somebody that is happy to go back to their day job once a new man comes in at the end of the season, I would probably give Alan Mac a go with Mildenhall assisting

My thinking is that at least if Mildenhall was in charge we wouldn't be paying anyone else as he's already employed by the club. I just want a new manager to come in, look at ALL of our players and decide who should be picked. I still think we can stay up which is bizarre considering the run we've been on but an awful lot of the games in this division are winnable.

Laughable how we're only in the relegation places on goal difference. Get rid of him now and give ourselves a fighting chance or go down with a whimper. Decision time.

It can't be any worse than this.

Sack this manager and we have a “solskjaer like bounce.” I don’t think United were good for the start of oles reign - it was more of a “thank fuck we no longer have Jose.” The same would happen with Sheridan

So we have some players....but they have zero confidence, and seem frightened to do anything with a real purpose.

Need to get some real bite in midfield, I think Caddis could do a number here.
New'ish lads look ok, but there is zero creativity from the middle of the park so we're never going to create anything.
If he's not prepared to change the middle, there is no point in pitman playing, may as well play the ball boy for all the service he's had.

For Christ sake power....move this dickhead on, and away from this club.

Holloway is out of a job at the moment, at least our boys would give it a go with him at the helm. Christ he might even put a few quid in.
