I do hope he's not having mental health problems, family deaths and work pressures can tip you over the edge.

I did wonder that myself as losing both parents within a short space of time has to affect you in all forms of life which is why Power should be looking at why his behaviour is so irratic as the guy maybe not be in a good place and is trying to cover it up.
Agreed none of us want him as STFC manager but wouldn't wish mental illness on him or your worst enemy buying if he needs help then someone needs to help him either through the club or professionally.

What was the excuse when he got fired from Notts County for an extraordinary outburst against officials? Or when he hit the headlines for abusing his own players in Ireland?

He's a vile, toxic bellend, and always has been.

Agree. People should stop finding excuses for him.

If you look into his past then I guess a leopard can't change its spots!

A symptom of being a prick? There's no excuse for long term, consistent behaviour.

I made the mistake of forwarding this to a bunch of my mates who support other clubs and they are finding it very funny.

Which it would be, if it wasn't us.

Thing is he's not wrong about Pitman, who waddles away from the Danger area or Payne who should be hitting the target with the space and time he had.

Pity no-one else speaks Dinosaur

It's not exactly helping either of them though is it? I'm guessing Payne intended to hit the target, it's not like after receiving this inspirational nugget of coaching advice he's gone "Ah, that's what I was doing wrong, cheers gaffer".

And the tactics talk is 'score more goals than they do'.

They just won't listen, though.
