You ever dance with the devil? Smiley

I met him in his days of watching Swindon when I worked at the club, nice bloke, came from around Cirencester way IIRC.

We have had a few celebrity fans over the years but alas none with a spare amount of funds to buy the club, we do need an Elton John figure as he did at Watford Smiley can somebody please get Ed Sheeran to come support Swindon Cheesy

I guess Callum Rice didn’t quite fit the bill 😂😂😂

It was indeed Paul Allen, great bloke and great player, what a team that was with Walters bombing down the opposite wing from Allen.

Always remember the initial impact Chris Hay had on Swindon.
I thought we had signed the next big player but in true Swindon fashion he went out like a bright firework.

We sponsored one of the first games they were appointed and they sat on our table.
Fuck me I knew very quickly we were in trouble. One lasted a week didn’t he.
Murrel was the worse as he lied about the millions they had ring fenced to take us on an incredible journey. The only incredible journey involved a dog trying to get home.

"The next Ian Rush"

Good shout. Remember that really hot August game at Reading and he scored.
My mate collapsed at halftime due to dehydration. Lack of water? Probably but was the lager he consumed before the game, plenty of it 😀

Murrall was full of shit, met him in a pub in Chipping Norton with Ralphy from here and fed us all absolute bullshit.

He went on a fun journey though, an 8 year long one! Hahaha

That business plan meeting they held for the fans when they first took over, when he said the budget for the next season would be the same as when they took over. Peanut headed bullshitter.

That season started so well beating Reading away then going top of the league at the end of October after beating Pompey live on TV 😀

Very happy to say my eldest brother was one of the mascots for that game ( one of his pressies for his 50th birthday) He says one of the best moments in his life. Wore white daps 😁 .. he’s always been a classy guy.
The rest of the day and night were complete carnage ! Happy days

Another one of my favourite players George Ndah.
What a lovely lad he was as well, so quiet, humble and just a nice kid.
Sadly that injury finished him as he was a terrific prospect.

Didn't realise Ndah played as many as  87 times for wolves after leaving us.

By the way - Did pre-match negativity kill the TEF earlier?
