He did invest to capitalise on our position last year though so that indicates that L1>L2 for him, no?
True but I still.think the last and this inevitable one are easily preventable. For a football person hes not very good at this football mallarky, is he.

He's not, no.  He got very lucky with his model at the beginning and thought his contacts in the game would make his life very easy, obviously those contacts moved on from their (his) clubs and the model was fucked.  Since then he's made way too many mistakes, Shez being one of his biggest.

I am interested to know which fans John would think he is letting down by walking away. Surely it must be obvious to him that he is letting down more by staying? Just come clea  on why you are staying.

The silence from Power is ridiculous. Total contempt for the fans/loyal paying customers of his club.

I'd like to say I am bowing out until next season but I will probably be shouting at ifollow come Saturday

The only silver lining is that the CG is closed and none of us have to experience either Sheridanball or the incredible levels of toxicity live.

I was at two of the games we were allowed to see and it was not good but there was still that feeling it could be turned around. If we were allowed out there now I think it would be absolute carnage.

I'm not sure what's worse;

Lee Power mugging some of us off inside about 6 years.

or

El Dinoclown mugging all of us off in less than 6 months.

FOOTBALL : Manager John Sheridan staying at @Official_STFC “I just don’t want to leave something I feel I still can turn around…feel as though I’m letting them (Lee Power/Paul Jewell) and the supporters down” – TALK OF THE TOWN later #stfc

Well, yes John, you've certainly let everyone down.

So he reckons everyone has told him stay and he wants to find the cause of where we are, he's failed to do that in 20+ games.....

A couple of weeks ago, I remarked that there is absolutely nothing that Sheridan seems to be any good at. The worst thing about his failure to even throw the towel in properly is what it reveals about his mind.

He talks and acts without thinking through the consequences, which is a catastrophic failure for a coach, where the job is literally all about systems, organisation, practice, consistency. As we heard from his touchline comments, he just shouts what comes into his mind. There's just nothing there, not the vaguest hint of competence or suitability for the role.

With Saturday's little tantrums, he's binned his last shred of credibility. He should never be anywhere close to a coaching job again. He's fucked, Lee's fucked, we're all fucking fucked.

Basically just blaming everything on an unreliable keeper and unsettled backline, he's just been unlucky.... what a load of crap!
