More attacking threat now than the first half.
Exactly but it's too late now. We start negatively with no urgency, let the game pass us by and now we are left chasing 2 goals just to get a point.

Our defence always look steadier once they’ve let three in.

Who is this Brett Pitman and can he stick around for the rest of the season please? His control and build up play are night and day from what we've seen previously.

Seems that way but if this 11 started Saturday would the performance be the same ?.
Highly doubtful!

Isn’t it amazing that when you have your best centre backs and full backs on the pitch and players in correct positions you look a better side.

I think this proves that we need to go back to the basics of as close as possible what worked last season, at least there would be some sort of familiarity which will help with confidence.

Caddis/Hunt FB's
Conroy/Fryers/Akin CB's
Grant/Lyden/Conroy DM's
M Smith - Doughty Role
DJ/J Smith/Payne/Stevens/Hope - AM's
Pitman/T.Smith/Hope - ST's

All very well praising us but I think the Dons should be given some credit for not taking us seriously this half.

And with that...

Hunt lost in the six yard box, then fell over, then watched the ball sail past him. Another rubbish goal.

This game has gone, let's sort the attack out and get some sort of pattern of play going for the next game.
