Come on Reg, where the fuck are you?! A month with no log in and 6 weeks since your last post. Hopefully you are just lurking and not logging in.

We need your sound assessment and judgement. This is the perfect kind of season for you. Shame it is mostly online.

Hope you're well.

Is Broadbent going to be the new Charlie Henry and convert from defender to striker?  I did think we would struggle without a target man.

Top top top day

End the fucking season because it ain't getting better than that. Simply an incredible 5 minutes that went our way. I had a feeling they'd regret that Taylor miss but not to that extent. To turn it around there, time running out, with a patchwork quilt of a side is simply remarkable.

Kids were terrified. Dog thought someone was breaking in to the house. I am now completely drained.

An incredible day to be a fan of this great club. Straight into my top moments following the mighty Swindon. Up there with Flint's play off goal at Brentford and Danny Ward/the shootout at Charlton. Sometimes it's not too bad watching on the tele.

As toothless as we looked for the first hour, I'd be fucking mortified if was a fan of the dark side watching that second half. A simple switch had them scrambling and wasting time almost instantly. They literally stopped even trying to play football.

OUFC - Back in their box and back in our shadow. 1 in a row you cunts.

Kovar 6/10: Couple of good saves, that I don’t think he has done before. Looked a little be quicker to react today. Started to look a little more like a L1 keeper, but, not outstanding. Think he could have done better for the goal.
Odimayo 6/10: Flexibility was good. Played RB and CB well apart from one moment.
Baudry 6/10: Was playing well when he went off injured
Grounds 6/10: Solid. Apart from watching Taylor run through to score
Caddis 5/10: Didn’t influence the game in midfield – Except losing the ball for their goal
Donahue 7/10: Couple of lovely cross field passes. Didn’t get forward as much as in previous games
Hunt 7/10: Thought he played well. Defended solidly
A Grant 5/10: Slow. Linked well with DJ when he came on
J Grant 6/10: Couple of good runs and crosses. But, didn’t find anyone with them.
M Smith 6/10: Couple of nice passes. Needed someone to play with in midfield. Got in position for a couple of shots, but only 1 was a useful effort.
J Stevens 5/10: Roasted their LB with his pace. But doesn’t look up. Could have put through both M Smith and T Smith to score on 2 occasions. Also, I’ve never seen someone skew a shot as badly! Just not good enough
T Smith 6.5/10: Tried hard. Isolated most of the time. Looked a different player when he had support.
Payne: 7/10: Made a nuisance of himself. Helped change the game
DJ 7/10: Bit wasteful, but physical presence up front scared them
Broadbent 9/10: Turned the game almost on his own. Made a nuisance of himself, scored the first and made the second. Didn’t put a foot wrong.

Fuck me, I'm only a one finger typist! You expect volume and accuracy too!!!!!

Sheridan was saying that if he thought Kovar should have made a save, the he (Sheridan) would tell Kovar in no uncertain terms.

Had minimal hope going in... As low as I've ever had (as mentioned earlier in the thread)

As a result it made me a billion times more relaxed for the game.

Still loads of things to work on but we'll focus on that later. Oxford properly bottled it.

Happy weekends everyone!
