Not sure that's quite fair. We signed a lot of players in the summer as we lost a lot, and if the budget is lower you're always going to get a lower standard of player. The good: Odimayo, Payne, Matt Smith, Johnny Smith The meh: J Grant, J Grounds, T Smith The bad: Pitman, Kovar I don't think it's *that* bad a squad, just need some consistency and a bit of organisation. The year we went down with Iffy the squad (post Fallon sale) was dreadful, this year there's some talent in there. Just a lot of it is injured, and the rest is playing badly. A good manager could do a lot more with this lot I think. Maybe I need to keep telling myself that to keep watching! |
