fanstastic win. been telling everyone all week to bet on hull. obviously i never did  out fought them. 2nd half all hull did was lump it forward and usually its our weakness but everything cleared easy. payne and hope brilliant pressing. pre-season i thought to myself the whole success of this team would be down to our wingers and showed today with jonny smith. with him fit, we have a danger- such pace, crossing and shots. without him there is little spark. also fantastic defending by him. massive win. |

Thought we played quite well in spells, but the last 20 mins we were asking for it a bit. The defence still looks ropey, teams seem able to find space far too easily.
Having said that, they didn't really create that much. Thought we could have taken full control of the game if we'd carried on as we were playing.
Overall, workmanlike. Take the points, see out another week financially, await the end of the season - seems likely the lower leagues are hanging on by a very think piece of string right now.
