My reference wasn't to your Ma, Duke. It was more towards the location of a certain N. Watkins  Smiley

Yep, I meant Ilsley too Reginald.

East Ilsley was famous nationally for its sheep fair....   I'm assuming you mean Ilsley not Isley of brothers fame

Wellens on injuries 🗣: "Conroy definitely won't be fit after having an injection that will keep him out for 2 weeks. Baudry won't be fit in time, Broadbent hasn't trained yet. Odimayo is out with a groin injury. Zeki Fryers is fit."

So, Zeki and Grant in defence, then? Unless he's being 'conservative' with the truth.

Although Caddis can play CB, can't he?

Tbh, we’ve had 2/3 injury prone CBs for what seems forever. Thought that position may have been a priority.

I agree, Baudry/Conroy/Fryers will never complete a whole season. Broadbent seems out of favour as well as injured, we can't rely on Odimayo yet but it appears we will have to.

I heard similar stories of Doughty quitting training yesterday in a huff from a mate who works at the club.

A huff at what? Flare-up in training or more of a long-term running grievance boiling over?

Probably being told he’s not training hard enough.

I’m hoping it’s rubbish but it’s such a Swindon thing to happen that I am swaying towards it being true.
