Not injured!

Do we know who replaced him? Or do you mean sent off?!

nah, it's because we play them soon. he went to a friendly not realising the cup match was today and so they rested players, this making his trip  pointless.

that's what he said anyway

Sounds like a good run out and decent performance. Both teams maybe 2/3 players short of what their likely starting XI would be.

Don’t suppose we’ll hear what side we put out against Brentford later.

BristolLive final whistle summary:
“ Hmmm. Strange game that one. City started well, got their goal but then didn’t really assert any authority.

Swindon’s goal was a soft one to concede and, defensively, there were maybe some worrying gaps that a better team would exploit.

Still, all about minutes in the legs and developing the system.”

Why is he going to need to scout Blackpool he was training most of them on a daily basis last season.

He might bring Jerry Yates back in the boot of his car.

Sounds a decent exercise with a few good chances created.

Confident we will get the striker required to complete the picture.

By biggest concern is centre half. Despite all being very good defenders; Baudry, Fryers and Conroy could all break down at any given moment and it does niggle away as something that could cost us as the season progresses.

Agree entirely. Could see us having to play Odimayo and Grant at centre back.

You have to remember as Wellens as said before, the only reason we get the like of Fryers is because of his injury record. Hopefully one of the three is fit and can partner Odimayo, if not each other.
