Looking forward to wearing this at the CG one day (not)

Is that a pic of Dominic Cummings?
Nice to see the shop in Town Gardens open again. And at least one bar in Old Town had customers sat outside at tables & chairs at the weekend.

I'm a child of the 1970s and, to this day, have an inate fear of balaclavas.  They scare me, still.

Did you grow up in Norther Ireland?!

No.  Forces child though (like a few others on here).  Watching my Dad check for bombs under his car every morning before leaving for work left a bit of an impression.

I was a forces kid in the late 80s-mid 90s and I'll never forget one car bomb warning film they'd put in the ad breaks on SSVC from time-to-time. Made me forever nervous to retrieve anything that went underneath cars.

Things like the bomb checking device with the mirror and having armed soldiers checking our boot-bags before entering the barracks to play football seemed so normal back then!

I bought a couple and made a further donation from my 'Buy the ground' fund, as I cannot see that happening in the foreseeable future  Sad
Fortunately, no Covid cases over here at the moment but like to be ready !

Not sure why it’s posted sideways though.
