Stephen Crouch was a director of Swinton Reds 20 ltd, but he resigned on 14/08/2019

Sangita went from the FC mid 2017

Ah forgot that fella, didn't he resign at the same time the confirmation statement confirmed Axis's 15% or whatever?

He was just on board temporarily due to some gubbins or other to do with the set up of the company.

Again possibly late to the party, has the official website always acknowledged Clems 15%? https://www.swindontownfc.co.uk/company-details/

I don't know, but it's the first time I've seen it officially acknowledged.

Wayback machine has that page being updated in August to include the 15% axis share.

I understand that Mr Power and Mr Morfuni have, since the last court case, been in contact with each other outside of the court room, it could be something to do with the outcome of that which surely may well negate the need for the court case, unless its to cross the i's and dot the t's?

Clem seems to be in contact with a few people I'm sure he has told them what's going on

Clem confirmed as Director of Swinton Reds and Seebeck on 20th November.

Not claiming any ITK nonsense, just an update on Companies House today.

Seebeck is Power's holding company, and Swinton Reds is the club's, right?

Clem being confirmed to both would suggest either a court order or some sort of agreement with Power, speculating but would need the signature of an existing director to appoint him.

If this is about formalising Clem's 15% stake, when do we hear more about the more contentious bit involving Standing and Barry? Is there a date for a hearing on that?

Seebeck is Power's holding company, and Swinton Reds is the club's, right?

Swinton* 100% owns Seebeck which in turn owns 100% STFC Ltd.

*Swinton is owned 85% Power/15% Axis (Clem)

If this is about formalising Clem's 15% stake, when do we hear more about the more contentious bit involving Standing and Barry? Is there a date for a hearing on that?

Seems to be all Clem, can see nothing with anything to do with Standing/Barry, that seems to be more to do with the funding they provided Power with to buy Seebeck via Swinton?
