Nah. It’s a she too, for what it’s worth. By the sounds of it though she’s bounced around places before

Could she have not reported a grievance in the first instance? Your wife's (ex) boss would have had a line manager?

Didn’t have any confidence that higher ups would have taken it seriously. Similar has happened previously and no improvement.

Ultimately the boss gets the numbers in, which the company requires to continue to achieve its funding. Central office don’t really seem to care how that’s done

I am guessing she wasn't part of a union.

I am also guessing, apart from the people, she didn't really like the job and/or pay?

Liked the job, liked the people she worked with, couldn’t put up with the emotional bullying any more. It wasn’t a decision made on a whim

If she is honest/frank at the exit interview, which she is going to be (and good for her), if the HR person is any good they will deal with it as a grievance being raised, as Mrs Dave is making them aware of a serious issue that needs to be dealt with irrespective of the fact Mrs Dave is leaving.

That said, it is down to how seriously they take it and how ballsy the HR person may (or may not) be

Constructive dismissal?
Could go to tribunal if you wanted to push it.

Tomorrow, at 8.00pm, I want everyone to get to their front doors and join me in a clap for the Chuckle Brothers.

I get that people will be justifiably doing this on Thursday, but, on Friday, you are all invited to join me in a clap for Ted Mould.

Saturday and Sunday are free at the moment.

In my experience, raising grievance as you leave tends to get dismissed as ‘bitter former employee’. I really hope that isn’t the case for Mrs Bogus.

When I was serving in the RAF in Oman, Ted Moult was part of an ‘entertainment’ group to help keep our peckers up.

Fuck know what his credentials were. Topped himself with a shotgun, I believe.
