Are you one of the 750k volunteers?  Either way, fair play to you.
Nah, just helping out locally.  Picking up stuff etc. No biggie.

Good on you. Walked the dog at Coate Water earlier today, fully prepared to just turn round and go home if it was busy but encouragingly there weren't loads of people out, few walkers, runners and cyclists but far from busy and everyone being sensible about keeping distance. Let's hope that's a wider pattern

I'm drinking every night at the moment. Combined with eating a lot of chocolate and not always knowing what day it is, it feels a bit like Christmas, but with nicer weather and the lingering threat of a deadly virus.

we've been shopping for a couple of old ladies. We've also had random acts of kindness left on our doorstep. Bread, beans etc. Not sure why i'm not that decrepit yet

People who turn into nasty cunts when they've had a drink....shouldn't drink.

That is all.

Quite.

If you can't drink... don't drink. I have a problem with tequila. For some reason it turns me into an utter fucking prick (more so that usual). So my solution?... I don't drink the stuff.

Other than that, I'm a happy drunk.

I endured a pretty vicious, hateful, uncalled for lambasting from someone who I worked for last summer at the start of the feb.  Not given a chance to reply, argue or refute the allegations.  I was later told this guy has a history of it and has been sparked out by one of the directors of the firm before for being rude, leering and disgusting with the girls in the office on a do.

He shouldn't drink, I wont drink round him and if he starts to play up again Ill leave.

But yeah, if you get nasty when you drink, dont do it.

Doesn't everyone have nasty streak to them when they're drunk at some point?

Maybe not all the time but I can't think of anyone who hasn't been a bit of a cunt at one time or another when pissed.

We all have our moments.

But some people seem to have such moments more frequently then others.

And I think they'd be cunts regardless of the drink or not.
The biggest cunts I've ever encountered were that without a drink inside them. Booze just makes people braver and lose their inhibitions.

I know an American bloke who's a fucking lovely person. New Yorker, would do anything to help anybody if he could. He's certainly helped me a lot of the years.

But he turns into a massive fucking prick after a few beers. It's Jekyll and Hyde stuff. I found myself having to distance myself from him becasue of it, which is sad.
