My cricket club should be playing our first game of the season today.

Instead, it's being simulated on Ashes Cricket 2017 and being live streamed on Twitch. Desperate times call for desperate measures!

About two hours after posting that I threw up in my kitchen and tried to clean it with cat litter

Safe to say this morning hasn’t been great
So you don't recommend it then ?.

Went for a run for the first time in about 3 years. Did 5 miles so very happy with that. Got back and had a soak in the bath and read my book. Had lunch in the garden and then lay in the hammock, read my book and had a snooze.
Now I'm going to eat some crispy duck, prawn gyōza and duck bao, drink red wine and watch Ozark. Didn't even have to use my AK either, which was nice.

Virtual grand national anyone?
Think tiger roll will get it. I've got Jett in the works sweepstake. But not betting otherwise.

Cut the grass.  Emptied the chiminea so we can burn more logs outside this evening.  Spreadsheet modelled a company car vs car allowance decision.  Had a Swindon pang at 3pm.

Walked down to the supermarket to get a few things , a lot less people about than I expected with the weather which is good.
It seems a lot of idiots seem to be out in London though judging my the photos doing the rounds.

My misses popped out for some sundries earlier.

In addition to the essentials she bought back some smoked salmon, blue cheese, and crackers, all of which I look forward to treating myself with. It also made a good opportunity for a rendezvous with a friend (only one), which means she was also able to bring back some ecstacy.

That's what I'm doing now.

Are you one of the 750k volunteers?  Either way, fair play to you.

Today I decided to do 10000 steps on my patio, it really wasn’t very interesting!

Jeez, your garden has one hell of a slope.
