Start the day with some virtuous, online work, then off on a beautiful, quiet walk in the Surrey Hills with my adorable border collie, a quick browse here (and there) and then turning my attention to some routine admin inc. securing replacement supplies of wine.

It has to be acknowledged that an underlying anxiety for the health of family and friends down the track is somewhat detracting from my enjoyment of the moment.

Wine deliveries are a struggle currently.

My wife ordered a paddling pool for the kids.

Looking forward to seeing my water bill.

With the bitterly cold wind forecast for Sunday I don't think you need to worry

I live in Thailand.

It's the hottest time of the year here (which is approximately fucking hot degrees Celcius/Fahrenheit). I may be moaning about the water bill, but I'm looking forward to cooling down in it myself.

Now they are doing a cash count.  Suicide

I've been longer at the till than I have getting the shopping.
Finally, the trolley hardly wanted to move in the shop, get the bastard next to the car and you can't stop it from moving. I hate shopping  Sad

Doing my bit by lifting my family's spirits by stubbing my toe and causing myself an indescribable amount of pain.

It amused them immensely. I'm glad to be doing my part.

I got a beerwulf torp pump thing for my birthday last year, and have 16 subs for it. Pulls a proper pint, head and all

More expensive than tins, but makes up for the lack of pub availability right now

One and the same

It is a bit expensive to be fair - works out about £7 for the cheapest barrel, which gets you 4 pints. They have a huge range to chose from tho and does pour really nice

Since Lockdownish started, get up at 6 for a run. More a speed wobble in truth.

As it’s Saturday, I think, I’m having a well earned lie-in.
