It seems very calm up here in Old Town. Looking forward to a wind-free game for a change.

Grant is fit and Anderson in for Isgrove and Hunt back for Broadbent the only changes.

Fingers crossed we get early this season Anderson and not last season Anderson!

Poor slow game being played by Liverpool,  can't wait to go out to see sparkling STFC  in a few minutes.

True, earlier this season he seemed to play better partly because he had a point to prove after Wellens' pretty public man management of him had exactly its desired effect.

Hopefully he now also feels like he's got something to prove, after several months on the sideline.

Well Joseph Mills their leading scorer and best player is still out, thats gotta be good for the Town, he was their only threat in the away game.

They haven't played in 2 weeks so hopefully they are rusty and we can get straight out of the traps at them.

FGR make 4 changes from their last game and seem to be playing 4-4-2 today rather than his prefered 352/361 he has been playing recently.

Decent starting line up, reinforces the point made after the Scunthorpe game that ball playing centre backs are an absolute priority for Wellens with Broadbent dropping out again.

Nah I think Wellens reads this forum and took my CB breakdown and picked the defence based on those figures..... Cheesy

If ever you wanted a barometer of how well the Club is doing this season, it's the 8 pages of chat in the Match Day Thread before the game has even started.  We used to struggle to get on to page 3.

Can't be there today, having screwed up my ankle earlier in the week.  But looking forward to following things on here.  Encouraging starting line up.

Absolutely, hope the ankle gets better soon mate.

Looks like FGR have brought about 400, a good turn out for them.

I think we'll see some game time for Hope today. 20 mins or so.

I think you are right, as well as Palmer getting some more game time and possibly Woolery who has a point to prove against his old team.
