Are you mad? You'll need flip-flops too.

Good point. I wouldn't want to tread on any broken branches or roof tiles.

Talking of flip flops, there was a guy in a pair when I popped out at lunchtime. Then I saw a guy in shorts. People are odd.

I wear shorts pretty much all the time but then I do hike a lot and seemingly don't "feel" the cold on my legs. Mind you, if I had to wear a kilt I would wear something under it!

Jethro saw his friend Denzil walking around wearing a flip flop.

Jethro: Have you lost a flip flop?

Denzil: No, I found one...

Would we prefer the game to be on - albeit in dreadful conditions - or called off to be played on a Tuesday evening?

I hope it's called off so I can attend on a Tuesday night.

I think Batch's dancing is the catalyst for us winning on a Tuesday night.  Smiley

You're on to something here. He should be made to do the cha-cha-cha in the centre circle pre-match and at half-time as a good luck portent. In a red frilly shirt and overly tight trousers.

So as he normally dresses for games then?
