L-L, yeah it's not a great pub now. But hopefully the band crowd will be alright.

kids are only just old enough to look after themselves. This going out together feels like a novelty!

Enjoy a kids free evening, you never know you may get an extended Valentines entertainment evening when you get home 😉

It's like a "meander of Michael Fish" on here today. Thought I'd logged in to MetOffice Forums   Wink

The game won't be called off for rain. Too much wind gusting to make much difference to a semi enclosed pitch (avec wind tunnel). If it's called off it'll be on safety grounds due to the wind.

However it's gusting at around 40mph but the consistent blow is low 20s from the SSW. Whipping in from the Don Rogers/Town End/Club shop end. It's the only corner that offers some protection to the ground but it'll cause a nice little tail wind with sudden dips, to long balls or goal kicks towards the Stratton Bank. I would bank on, if we get a free kick 25-30yds outside the box (SB end), Doughty just needs to get it on target. Will cause havoc. On our part. Don't give any free kicks away in that half.

Fuck me, I've turned into Thomas Shafferknacker!

No, and yes Smiley sorry mate you arent my type I prefer less facial hair and more...well...femality Cheesy

Yes the problem of it being called off is more due to safety grounds rather than the actual rain, gazebos, trampolines, benches, sheds blowing onto the pitch....etc Smiley

Ooh JJ you tease! I thought with your smooth, moisturised tones you'd be a fan of a bearded...lady?!  Soapy Tit Wank

"...and from that day forward, the Stratton Bank become known as the 'Trampoline End'..."

If it's on (think it will be now), be interesting tactically. As others have said, may not make for pleasant viewing.

On the way to the ground.

I envy those who don't have to worry about the barnet getting ruffled on days like to today.

Today's game has been postponed.

In the interests of supporter safety, club officials have made the decision to call today's game off as it became clear that the club could not guarantee the welfare of those in attendance, as the weather deteriorated throughout the day.
