Another storm forecast for the weekend. Bad weather seems to be following us around.

Its only 50 MPH winds and rain forecast, that a nice spring day up here!

2 years ago we had a weekend booked in Lisbon which was cancelled due to high winds. It looks like we are extremely lucky and we might get away before the storm hits the UK this time!

I was on the summit ridge of Skiddaw a few years ago and the rain came in horizontally  Smiley Those wind shelters came in handy.

That will be to our benefit then, what with us being used to playing in our cheating wind tunnel

Must have been close to that at times on Saturday TBH, but then we designed the CG to be a wind tunnel.

It looks as though the worst of the weather will be from late evening on Saturday. There's another spell of windy weather forecast for Tuesday, but again it should have died down before ko.

We could do with keeping a few more clean sheets as we did in the November and December 8 wins in row.

Maybe if Zeki Fryers is fully fit that might be the difference resuming the partnership with Baudry.

In the context of looking at getting 26 points from our remaining 15 games, making 85 total ( I think 84 or 85 will be enough for top 3)  I look at these two away games, tomorrow and Tuesday, and think a return of two or more points from the two games combined would be fine. To suggest tomorrow is a “must win” is hyperbole.
On paper tomorrow looks the easier of the two, but things often pan out differently. As others have pointed out, the weather forecast suggests that conditions will be tricky tomorrow. Wellens also indicated that with a bigger squad /more options he could rotate players - it may be some are rested with Tuesday in mind if RW feels Tuesday’s is the tougher opponent.
I think we will win tomorrow, but would take a draw.
