It is entirtely plausible that it's shoddy reporting from the adver.
It is also very plausible that Wellens was just fucking with us and/or Oldham. I like that option.

I think it's the highlighted. Wellens is strictly business. He kept this quiet to to ensure that Oldham couldn't plan 100% accordingly. The Adver hyperbole is a necessary part of their industry but it's a bugbear of mine. |
