Promising. Potentially very exciting.

Unfortunately was off the pace in his first start on Saturday, showed moments of promise but didn't look fluid enough, every touch seemed like his mind was slightly ahead of his body to me.

What is obvious is that his initial instinct is to be positive and from other brief cameos he can get past players so I'm excited to see what he can do when he's fully fit.

He was poor on Saturday. Can't fault his willingness to run or his effort but he lost the ball / gave it away constantly. Needs to get on the weights.

I thought he was very good in his cameo against Stevenage though, he was the first player that really managed to get through their defence.

I reckon we may not play with wingers Saturday. Without Isgrove, our stronger team will probably be to make use of our central midfielders, so I'm not sure DJ will get a start for a while.

I dunno, I think we will change somewhat to what we have been doing.

Probably going with a 4-3-3 I think it would be Yates and Anderson on either side of Doyle, or maybe if Anderson drops into the midfield I think DJ would come in rather then Woolery.

Hit and miss, doesn’t seem to know when to pass the ball at the moment so loses the ball too often in good positions. Also tries pointless step overs all too often but that makes him better than Woolery according to some... so maybe he’s marmite.

Struggling to get a start and will get harder over the next couple of weeks once Anderson and Isgrove are fit.

Well, I have actually found him to look a tidy player when he’s played. Sometimes he can be naive on the ball, but I think he looks fairly bright and he bagged a goal against Walsall (albeit with the help of a big deflection.) He will probably be on the bench with wingers returning from injury but he is certainly a good option to have.

Raw, very raw. But there's definitely something there.

Some more game time will likely do him good but, as mentioned above, game time is going to become limited for him with 1st team players coming back soon.

This.

He is strong and has bags of pace but often tried a little too hard to do it "on his own" when he should pass.

A decent prospect but needs more game time off the bench so we can make a better judgement.
