Ian or Grant. Both for different reasons.

Grant has come in and pretty much fitted in straight away. His experience helps, midfield is solid with him there.

Ian is showing improvement under what I think is good management. Still not perfect. If we had a better solution to our LB position, Id be inclined to try him in a more advanced position. His strengths are in his attacking and when he has the ball at feet. He can be relatively pleased with his month.
