Don't know about that but Knoyle was roundly booed by Town fans when he was named MoM by the sponsors...which he obviously wasnt!

A grinder!
Not at our best, but the best win this season.
I like it.

Kept any threat from them down to a minimum.
Keeper did what he's paid to do.
Job done.

A few looked out on their feet at the end.
The coming week needs to be about patching them up and resting up a bit.

Some tough looking games coming up now. Will be a big test of how well we are performing as a new team against fancied opposition. Today by all accounts was a ground out result after a disappointing scoreline against Colchester on Tuesday. A good indication of a strong team to come back away from home. So I am hopeful that those toughies coming up will be met with a steely determination and positive results.

Not that I'm aware of. The 'Oh Colin Colin' song was sung by a few at the end but not acknowledged.

We did what we needed to do. Pretty comfortable in hindsight but at the time of course you never feel comfortable at 1-0.

McCormick was excellent when called upon.

Iandolo is a revelation at left back. Look forward to seeing that run again on the highlights later.

Like the look of Fryers at CB

Doyle and Grant were excellent. Solid performances from everyone else, the wheels are firmly back on.

Really glad we don't have a game midweek as a lot of our lot were really struggling at end. I'm not saying they're particularly unfit - I wasn't looking at the Cambridge lads, they were probably the same after playing midweek as well.

Got to be happy with that though.

Strangely, probably our most encouraging result. Didn’t play well, could have scored a few and dug in.

The sort of performance Reg usually says we need.
And to be fair, rightly so, It's not realistic to expect us to waltz through the league winning all the games we need to by playing thrilling edge of your seat lovely football (although I'd hope we win more like that than not). Every now and then you need to grind out an ugly one, more importantly you need to be able to do so. Today showed we can do that as well as the lovely stuff. Therein lies hope of promotion.

Just a bit of a worry that injuries might threaten to derail our progress. Ballard and Jayewotsit longer-term, Baudry and Lyden out, Anderson maybe a doubt now. You wouldn't want to lose too many more of our first choices, and we're not even into the tough months yet.
I think Jaiyesimi will be back soon, in the club video for the Macc game he can be seen and gets asked how he is and he sounded like he was almost back and ready to train

Wellens said he was training but he'd suffered a slight setback. Think he talked in terms of 10 days or so.. can't fully remember
