We'll win whether 4d goes or not. We owe them and will have a full team this time. 2-0

This looks a difficult game.... a bit Northampton.  Tuesday night, a side who like to spoil, and get a break, hopefully not from the officials this time. ColU and Cobbs share exactly the same away record, not many conceded or scored, and a raft of ex Town men. For Cobbs it was Andy Williams.... I worry about Theo.   It looks like the sort of thing where we'll need to find a way.

They have Nouble, Robinson and Norris. So we will need to score at least 4 to win the game.

We've got Doyle, Yates and Isgrove, no problem.

This. I'm confident now. Well, a draw at least.

Colchester sit currently in 18th place in the league with 2 wins 3 draws and 3 defeats so far scoring 6 goals and conceding 7.

Their run of league results so far has been DLLDWWLD the 2 wins were home to Northampton 1-0 and away at Oldham 1-0, they have only socred more than 1 goal in a game vs Grimsby in a 2-2 draw.

They beat Town earlier in the season in the LC when we played a weaker side and Yates was sent off, our last defeat in all competitions.

Luke Norris has score 4 times (2x penalties) and Frank Nouble 2 times as their leading scorers.

They have ex Town players Luke Norris, Frank Nouble and Theo Robinson on their books, Swindon have no ex Colchester players at the club.

In games at the County Ground between the 2 sides Swindon have won 20, drawn 10 and lost 10 times, scoring 71 times and conceding 42.

Colchester have won just 4 times in the last 21 meetings at the CG the last win in 2017.

2-1 defeat with Doyle scoring in front of 6,955 with 127 U's there.

Somehow it feels like we've had a lot of problems with them at the CG of late, not withstanding last season, which was easy enough. Were those 4 wins all relatively recent?

What a depressing prediction JJ  Wink...although I have to say, well though we've been playing I'll be more than happy with a scrappy 1-0...

Routine win. All these historical bollicky stats are being torn up this season.

The sooner some people realise this squad is the dog’s bollocks, the better!

We're the best team in the league - that's not hyperbole or arrogance, it's just a fact. BUT...I will still settle for a scrappy 1-0  Wink

Edit: couldn't agree more about past form and bogie sides and grounds...it's utter bollocks.
