Club have said Fanzone won't now be opening tomorrow due to forecast bad weather. Shame, but understandable and fair play for trying to let folk know in good time (doing my bit to help spread the word!)

That is a shame, as I think its a good idea.

Not as good an idea as a bowling alley behind the Town End, but a good idea nonetheless.

FanZ one. I think you brink a natty fan and keep you and your loved ones cool. Shame the heat wave ended.

It was supposed to be behind the DRS on that large patch of grass between the road and the stand. I think the plan was good and drinks stalls and an inflatable five a side type thing for kids.

Thanks- would have been good on a nice day. I think there is a bit of untapped potential in these fan zones at the club.

Looking back to the world cup and the pop up fan zones it all helps for atmosphere and extra pennies. I am sure Bristol City have a fanzone every match day- outside the ground- an area fenced off with food and drink stalls with music.
